At The Maggenary, each item is thoughtfully made with care. Due to the custom, handmade, or experimental nature of many of our 3D-printed and DIY products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll work with you to make it right
Damaged or Defective Items...
If your order arrives damaged, broken, incomplete, or otherwise defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting: themaggenary@gmail.com.
To process your claim, we require:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

DIY kits that have been used, altered, or partially assembled

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification

Shipping Costs...
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping if requested by us during the resolution process.
