All items are made to order. Please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for us to process and package your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only using UPS. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is:

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. (Note: If rates change or become tiered in the future, we will update this page accordingly.)
Tracking...
We aim to provide tracking numbers for all orders once they ship. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Local Pickup & Delivery...
At this time, local pickup or delivery is not available. All orders are shipped via UPS from our location in the U.S.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages...
Once your package is handed off to UPS, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays. However, we care deeply about your experience.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at themaggenary@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or video of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Holidays & Peak Season Delays...
Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons. We will post notices on the website or social media if major delays are expected.
